Famous Hong Kong cuisine Shanghai " Loon Fung House" -上海網紅港式料理店"龍鳯樓"

每次走過蒙自路的龍鳳樓,這個港式特色招牌的建築,總會忍不住多看幾眼,後來才知道他是是間網紅港式餐廳。
今天跟朋友特地來拔草,果然沒讓人失望。
只有在點辣味糯米焗龍蝦時,有個小差曲。菜單上只有一個單價,但服務員說只剩大的龍蝦所以得加價,但最後結賬卻發現先前給錯報價,又比原先的更高了。
最後服務員送了我們一人一份甜品,本以為會是個小甜品打發我們,還好送來的楊枝甘露佐桂花杏仁紅豆意外的好吃,也安撫了我們不爽的心!
所以餐廳如果服務好,客人其實很好收買的。

這家走小巧精緻的港式料理,我們點的每一道菜口味沒話說,擺盤點綴的花雖小,但有畫龍點睛的效果。
- 冰火燒肉:不油不膩,脆脆的豬皮香香的咬下去跟餅乾一樣,大小剛好一次入口搭配著熱茶。
- 糯米焗龍蝦🦞:料理前服務員會先把活龍蝦拿來桌邊,讓客人先確定大小。糯米吃起來就像是台灣的油飯,但米又更軟,口感味道都很不錯。
- 涼拌的醬香蘿蔔:又脆又入味,很爽口開胃。
- 龍鳳蝦皇餃:內餡爆滿,每一顆滿滿的包了三隻蝦,真是過癮。
- 茶水有分一人5元或8元的,我們點了5元的鐵觀音。

一進店就看到入口立了一尊威武的關公,感謝他讓我們今日的味蕾滿足,也飽足我們的胃。
穿著白制服的服務員也很有態度,為了不讓肚子餓急躁的人客打亂了他的上菜流程,很有個性的依循自己的節奏上菜,雖然嚴肅但感覺得出來他的專業。
不知道別家店如何?但蒙自路這家的菜色、服務、用餐空間來說真的是個可以聚餐的好地方。
Every time I walked through the Loon Fung House in Mengzi Road, the Hong Kong-style signature building always attracts my attention.  After that I learned that is a famous Hong Kong-style restaurant in Shanghai.
In the evening, we decided to went to enjoy the delicious Cantonese cuisine with fiends. As a result, this meal did not disappoint us.
There is only a small episode when you order spicy glutinous rice lobster. There is only one unit price on the menu, but the waiter said that only the big lobster was left, so he had to increase the price, but at the end of the bill checkout, he found that the previous offer was wrong. The price should be higher than the original one.
Finally, the waiter sent us free desserts to calm our unhappy heart. We thought it would be a small and normal dessert to send us. Fortunately, the Mango pomelo sago pudding and cake together with sweet-scented almond and red beans were delicious, and the desserts were also calmed our unhappy heart!
Therefore, if the restaurant is well served, the heart of the customers can actually feel sincerity.
This small and exquisite Hong Kong-style cuisine, we have nothing to say about the taste of each dish. The flowers on the plate are small, but have the finishing touch.

As soon as I entered the store, I saw a mighty Guan Gong standing at the entrance. Thanks to him for satisfying our taste buds today and satisfying our stomach.
Guan Yu is a saint of war.

Glutinous rice lobster   : Before cooking, the waiter will take the live lobster to the table first, so that the guests can first determine the size. The glutinous rice tastes like Taiwanese style, but the rice is softer and tastes good.

Signature Crystal Shrimp Dumpling : The stuffing is full, and each one is full of three shrimps. It is really enjoyable.
Ice-fired meat: not oily or greasy, crunchy pig skin fragrance bite down like a biscuit, just the size of an entrance with hot tea.

The waiter in white uniform is also very attitude. In order to prevent the hungry people from disrupting his process, he is very personal and follow his own rhythm. Although he is serious, he feels his professionalism.
